POM: Private Gijinka

I finished coloring it in one day! The sketch took about 20 minutes, the lineart 30 minutes, and I have no idea how long it took me to color this! I was working on it randomly throughout the day. It was my first time using Photoshop and Mangastudio. :3 I considered drawing Private with oversized sleeves... I imagine he is the only one along with Skipper to wear uniforms. Kowalski wears a labcoat, Rico wears what ever he wants, so Skipper forces Private to wear some type of uniform to make them seem like an official team.

It wouldn't be Private without his Lunacorn. XD It's probably a winter uniform cause of the mittens... Yeah, not really. I just don't feel like drawing hands. He apparently goes to college, so I'll imagine him as being around 19 years old (not 16 or 17 as I once thought).

Is the background a bit much?
